Privacy Policy
Complete & Conquer has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, or the contents of your tasks. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the app and site are used, with no advertising, no cross-app tracking, and no selling of your data.
01Who we are
Complete & Conquer is an independent iOS and macOS productivity app, and this website, made by Aaron Nelsen / Anthology Group ("we", "us"). This policy explains what limited data we collect and why.
02What we collect
In the app. Your tasks, credits, and base progress are stored only on your device by default, or your own iCloud account with Commander Pro and iCloud sync enabled — either way we never receive them. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as:
- App and screen interactions (e.g. opening the app, completing a task, building a structure, reaching a new tier) — recorded as anonymous event counts, never the task text.
- A pseudonymous app-instance identifier and basic device/app info (device model, OS version, app version, language, region) used to group analytics.
We do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), and the app does not track you across other apps or websites.
On this website. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, referring links). This uses cookies or similar technologies.
03How we use it
- To understand which features people use so we can improve the app and website.
- To diagnose problems and measure stability and performance.
- To see how many people visit and how they find us.
That's it. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't use this data to make decisions about individuals.
04What we never do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't show ads or use ad-tracking identifiers.
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We don't collect your tasks, notes, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- We don't require an account, name, or email to use the app.
05Third-party services
Our analytics are provided by Google (Firebase / Google Analytics), who process the data described above on our behalf. Their handling of data is governed by Google's own policies:

06Your choices
- App: you can limit analytics at the OS level (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, and Tracking). Deleting the app removes the on-device data and ends app analytics.
- Website: you can decline non-essential cookies in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
07Data retention
Aggregated analytics are retained by our analytics provider according to our configured retention settings (typically up to 14 months) and then deleted or anonymized. On-device app data persists until you delete the app.
08Children's privacy
Complete & Conquer is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
09Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
